These improved devices are products for ranch, farm, garden, and landscape. You can save yourself some time and stop reading if those areas are not included in your areas of product interest. 

I love inventing, everything about the whole process. However, my underlying philosophical approach to inventing runs contrary to much of the emphasis today on AI. 

As much as possible I use existing materials and off-the-shelf parts, but I combine them in a completely unique way to solve a problem or provide a useful device which was not available before. If you haven’t already done so, please take a careful look at the devices on this website. You’ll see what I mean. 

The use of any or all of these improved devices is available for purchase outright or through a licensing agreement. All I expect is a reasonable offer considering the invested time, effort, experience, creativity, and testing. If it’s a licensing agreement it must contain provisions for me to monitor the marketing efforts, manufacturing, distribution, and sales with clearly defined minimal performance in order to continue with the agreement in effect. In short, I expect only what you would expect in my shoes.

My true desire is to find a company which wants to take on not only these current devices but any one or several I have on the shelf which could be developed. The one(s) to pursue would be based on your evaluation of market potential, not on my opinion. However, it might be worth your consideration to evaluate my perspectives regarding the development, testing, and possible market areas.
