My objective is to do business in such a way that neither your information nor mine is  jeopardized intentionally or unintentionally. None of your personal data will be sold or licensed. 

Purchases through this website require some individually identifying information some of which will be needed by a third party to process payments. We use STRIPE. You should make sure you approve of their privacy policy. 

Some of these policies may change at my discretion without notice. If that’s a concern to you, please check them periodically to make sure you’re still comfortable with what I do.

Preface:

Any individually identifying information you provide to make a purchase will only be shared with my payment processor and/or stored for payment processing to the extent it’s necessary. Only at your request will it be stored longer for your convenience in making further purchases. At any time you may delete any individually identifying information you have stored. 

Your individually identifying information will NOT be sold or in any other way provided to a third party except where I am required by law to do so, and then under protest. My administrative practices and legal policies are a part of I am. So those functions have access to your information.

This website does not facilitate public comments, with no plans in the future to do so. Feel free to use my contact form to provide feedback about your experience with my improved devices or my business function.

Cookies:

I do not track your activities on this website with cookies of any sort except those related to functioning of the website.

I may or may not set up a login page. If I do, I will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. I will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

This website currently has no blog section with no plans to do so. Meaning I will not be able to edit or publish articles. When or if this website has a blog, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Media:

Do NOT upload or try to upload images to the website. If you need to communicate with me using a video or pictures, do so through email (support@improveddevices.com). Uploaded media may contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites: embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same was as if the visitor has visited the other website. There won’t be any on this website.

Who I share your data with:

When and if I have a login page, if you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long I retain your data:

 I do not, except to the extent it is necessary to carry out your requests.

What rights you have over your data:

You may change or eliminate whatever data is associated with you at any time.  

Where your data is sent:

Your information is not sent anywhere except where you allow it related to an activity you want carried out.
