TWO WEEKS TO SHIP

The product(s) in your order are made once we receive payment. We do NOT carry a ready-to-go inventory at this time. It will take about two weeks before your order is ready to ship.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When your order is ready to ship, we’ll send an email notice.  We will NOT actually ship until we have an email acknowledgement and confirmation from you. If we don’t receive this from you within 15 business days we’ll cancel your order, and send you a refund. For all our standard products your refund will be minus a $30.oo processing fee. For special orders, like a change in length of the NEW TECH Yard Hydrant, the processing fee is 50% of the product cost.

 

RETURN & REFUND

The only other provision for a return or refund is for a defect in workmanship or materials, which we warranty for residential use for one year from date of shipping. 

In such a case, you must document your claim with a readable detailed written description and photos. Email your documentation to us, but DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A RETURN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM US. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We have no way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

RESPONSE TO A WARRANTY CLAIM

Once we receive and evaluate your warranty claim we will notify you of our decision. There are two possibilities:

  1. “Your claim has merit.” We’ll repair or replace the product at our expense, including shipping both ways. You are responsible for providing adequate packaging of the product to prevent damage. A product we receive from you damaged in shipping because of inadequate packaging invalidates your claim. If this happens you must pay for repairs and for shipping both ways. We’ll notify you in advance so you can decide what to do.
  2. “Your claim does not have merit.” We will neither repair or replace your product at our expense. We will provide you with a written explanation of why we arrived at this decision. 
 
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING TO YOU
 
We package our products carefully in an attempt to prevent damage during shipping. However, we suggest you inspect your order when it arrives to determine the product condition. If you believe the product was damaged in shipping, immediately file a claim against the shipper . We will assist you in processing that claim in whatever way we can.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

We’ll send an email to notify you of any refund we’re providing. Give it a few days to process through your bank once your receive notice. Seven business days should be more than enough time for it to show up as a credit to your account. Let us know if it doesn’t and we’ll do what we can on our end to find out what’s going on.
